The yatra committee is glad to inform you that the annual yatra of Sri Sri Radha Gokulananda congregation for the year 2016 will be to Sri Jagannatha Puri Dham. During this yatra we will visit holy places in and around Sri Jagannatha Puri.

Yatra Schedule:

Arrival at Sri Jagannatha Puri Dham 15th Oct (Saturday) Noon

Main yatra at Sri Jagannatha Puri Dham 16th Oct (Sunday) to 22nd Oct (Saturday)

Departure from Sri Jagannatha Puri Dham 23rd Oct (Sunday) Morning.

Registration Dates:

Registration for Sri Jagannatha Puri yatra starts on 1st May to 30th June 2016.

Last date for cancellation of registration with full refund (after deducting processing fee Rs. 300)

Late registration (with a late fee of Rs. 500) 1st July to 15th July

Registration:

Registration is Mandatory for all devotees attending the yatra including Brahmacharis and children ahove 4 years of age. Registration has to be done at temple’s reception. Out station devotees can contact us through email: ibyatra@gmail.com. We will send you registration form, payment details. Registration will be confirmed only after the payment process is complete. • Registration shall be strictly non-transferable, i.e. once registered you cannot interchange it with anyone else, except with prior approval of the yatra committee. • The final decision in all matters will be at the sole discretion of the yatra committee.

Yatra Charges :

General Category: Rs. 4800/- For Children (age 4-10 yrs): Rs. 2800/-

Special Category Rs. 6800/- For Children (age 4-10 Yrs): Rs. 4800/-

This includes registration, prasadam (breakfast, lunch & dinner), internal travel arrangements during the yatra and donations to various temples in the holy Dham and accomodation. • Children under 4 years of age (as on 1st October 2016) are waived of registration charges. However they need also to be registered. Please note that they will not be eligible for a separate seat during internal bus travel etc. In case a separate seat is required, they have to pay the full yatra charges. • Yatra charges shall not be reduced in proportion to the number of days you wish to attend the yatra

Late Registration: Registration with late fee payment of Rs. 500/- will start from 1st July and will be allowed till 15th July, subject to availability of accommodation.

Substitution :

If any devotee, who has paid for the registration, accommodation and cannot come for the yatra, he/ she can find a substitute. The onus of finding a substitute lies with the devotee who is cancelling, but yatra committee can provide help. • Once paid, the registration/accommodation charges will not be refunded. A fee of Rs 500 from the devotee who is coming and a fee of Rs 300 from the devotee who is cancelling, will be charged by the yatra committee.

Eligibility:

The minimum qualification for applying for the yatra is as follows:

1. Applicant should be chanting minimum 16 rounds of the Hare Krishna Mahamantra daily and following the four regulative principles including refrain from tea & coffee from Gaur Purnima (23rd March 2016).

2. Applicant should be attending weekly ISKCON satsang programs on a regular basis for at least one year.

3. Applicant should follow the prescribed dress code of Dhoti-kurta for men and Sari for women. 4. Applicant must not have any objection from his/her counselor/ spiritual guide/ authority/ guardian/ regional facilitator.

5. Applicant’s personal information is up-to-date in the registration form, particularly a. Photograph (mandatory for security reasons), b. Mobile number if any (for yatra updates), c. Email address (if any), d. Age and gender
